At Creations by Travis, we understand how important it is that your orders arrive promptly.
The following information is provided for your reference regarding our shipping methods and procedures.
SHIPPING METHOD
United States Postal Service (USPS) is currently used for all shipments. Most shipments are via USPS 2-3 Day Priority. If you need fast delivery of your order, please send us an email with your request to: orders@creationsbytravis.com, so we can make alternate arrangements.
Shipment charges for Express Shipping are much higher than the regular shipping, but we will gladly send it as you choose.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payments can be made via PayPal using either your PayPal account, Visa or MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. No personal checks or money orders are accepted.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are normally shipped with 1-2 business days after placing your order. Please keep in mind Holidays and special events might add a day or two to receiving of your package. All orders will require a signature for delivery. No packages will be left unattended without your permission.
All orders are usually shipped within one to two (1-2) days after order is received.
There will be no back order or wait for any orders. All orders are ""made to order" and if the scent is on the scent list, then it is available.
Every effort is made to process each order as expeditiously as possible.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you decide to cancel your order, please send an email request for cancellation of an order and include your name and phone number to orders@creationsbytravis.com within 24-48 hours. We will make an attempt to cancel an order upon each request.
Cancellation will not be possible if the package is already in transit.
We cannot cancel an order that has been shipped already.
Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charges.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
To return items follow the following instructions.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check all packages for accuracy of contents within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. If you decide to return your order, please send an email to orders@creationsbytravis.com.
Returns will be accepted only within fourteen (14) days following receipt of shipment.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days from confirmed date of receipt.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original packing slip.
Creations by Travis will issue credit upon approval of returned merchandise.
Returned item must be physically received to qualify for the refund.
